After Sinking of Flagship Russian Cruiser, Putin Responds: We Meant to do That

1 min read

The peaceful special military operation in Ukraine is going according to plan, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after the sinking of its flagship cruiser Moskva.  While Ukrainian sources claim responsibility for the explosion and sinking of the Moskva, Putin dismissed that notion as more Nazi propaganda from the administration of Jewish Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“No, this was not at the hands of the Ukrainian military, it was a planned out exercise by our own glorious forces,” Putin said. “It was nothing more than a training exercise. We are at war. At war, ships are often attacked.  We intentionally detonated explosives and sunk the ship so our forces can have first-hand experience on how to lower the lifeboats and abandon ship. They are more prepared for war than they ever have been now. This training has made Russia stronger and puts us in a better position to continue this three-day operation to defeat Ukraine.

Zelensky replied to the Russian President’s claim a Tweet, “ROFL, You got steamrolled, bro, nice genocide.”
